Winemaker's comments Our first attempt to produce a fine Cap Classique. The entire process was carefully done to have a end result of only 3000 bottles.
A.M.C.C with very young colour, fine mouse and a prominent yeasty flavour already. The taste is crispy, fruity and well balanced. It finishes refreshing. The grape flavours stay prominent. The wine will be more complex after some time in your cellar and will compliment all fine dishes and special occasions. |
