Guinea Fowl Rose

Saxenburg Guinea Fowl Rose 2010

Winemaker’s comments
Fresh style of Rosé.  Well balanced and fruity with a clean finish. Complex enough to mature for a bigger mouth feel. Enjoy now as aperitif, great with chicken, salad and fish. Serve chilled

Vinification Details
The healthy grapes are picked early in the morning whilst the grape juice was still cool. The grapes are pressed immediately for correct elegant colour. The skins are quickly removed leaving an elegant "onion skin" colour. .
