Selected from the best of Saxenburg, this wine is very complex and well balanced, spicy and long finish with very fine tannins.

Vinification Details
Hand picked grapes from 2 vineyards fermented with Shiraz-friendly yeast to express maximum cultivar and vintage character.

30 Days skin contact was allowed and malolactic fermentation.

300-litre American oak 50%, and 50% French oak barrels.(100% new oak)

24 months with no racking or fining.
